Bladder irritation for months.

Ever since aggressive heavy metal chelation and a bad case of PID, I battle serious bladder irritation/constant feeling of needing to pee/recurring infections. Has anyone ever had the microgen dx urine test done? After trying multiple bladder supplements and still getting infections I have reason to believe there is a form of bacteria in my bladder that isn’t being detected by standard testing.

Can anyone tell me if they’ve ever had this test done and how it went? Also any recommendations to help? Thank you all.

Sorry to hear about your experience and sorry I'm replying so late

I haven't had a diagnosis yet but I'm terrified I've got adhesions from pid aswell.

I have bladder symptoms, bowel, and now starting to feel shooting pains in my arms and right rib by my period which I've read can be signs of untreated PID.

I had a coil fitted 2016 and afterwards was in agony, i never went to the drs like an idiot until 6 months down the line as thought it was just normal for the coil. I then started getting strange smell which drs just brushed off as bv but never done swabs even though i had red blood cells in urine aswell.

I never got much help or still a diagnosis 4 years later. I know I don't have it anymore as had blood tests and ultrasounds but I'm terrified as I never had antibiotics at the time it went untreated and now trying to get pregnant with no success yet that my tubes are blocked and just dont know what to do
