Urine noise

I have been getting a strange hot feeling around my bladder area, and when I do a wee I get a strange popping noise as though I am releasing wind, it’s only happens once though, about 6 weeks ago I had a very bad urine infection, has anyone else experienced this.

I have recently been diagnosed with depression and am taking fluoxetine.
