myocardial Perfusion Scan

Due for a Myocardial Perfusion Scan (part 1) soon, has anyone experienced any problems/pain having the scan, I am a bit apprehensive

As you say, it is the Dapa which is responsible for the glucose in urine. Doesn't necessarily mean you have diabetes, as that is how the drug works. However you do need medical advice on the blood in you urine. It may be an infection, which the presence of glucose makes you prone to.

I had myocardial perfusion scan in February, and it really is nothing to worry about. I had no side effects at all, and was also very apprehensive before.
