Is there anyone in this group who takes Magnesium Taurate?

If you do can you please tell me where you get it from please?

I am looking to buy these but can't find it on any of the reputable sites. I can't trust the others that come up using a search engine.

hi I've just literally just spoken to the cardiologist (dr Gupta) about this tonight ! And he recommended the ethical nutrition brand (magnesium taurate) that's the one I'm going to go for

I believe that Gupta gets commission frm that brand so bear that in mind. Most big brands are available thru Amazon at lower prices.

I buy mine from Amazon, there’s a good selection and many are free postage, I can’t say if they have been any benefit but on the plus side have done no harm.

Hi, I buy magnesium taurate from Tom Oliver Nutrition via Amazon (although it’s sometimes cheaper from their own website). I read quite a bit of information first before settling on this one. My cardiologist has no objections to me taking this alongside my meds.

I had a look at that one but dosage seems high to me. Dr sanjay gupta suggested 125 micro grams, one in the morning and one at night.

Holland and barrats are a good place to start as you will know it’s legitimate, before you buy I would either speak to dr or pharmacist as if you are on any other medication it could counter effect what that medication does 👍

I do buy bits and pieces from H&B but always slightly suspicious of them as I am told they are owned by the Russians, I don’t know if this is true but find it odd Russia should own a health food store in this country. Any body know the truth of this?

Holland and barratts are owned by a investment company by letter 1 which did have a Russian billionaire businessman Mikhail Fridman I’m not sure how it stands now due to the Ukraine conflict I’m sure there are sanction in place other place to look at is a company called my protein that do supplements and is uk based

Yes, i spoke to our pharma nurse and she said that was ok. I could not find this type at holland&barrat, boots or zipvit.

Hi, after working through different brands I buy from British Supplements. There are no fillers in their products and this makes a difference, they are more expensive because they are not packed out with rubbish. A very fast delivery service and helpful staff. I would recommend this brand. They are an English company.

I have always sport mine for many years from Amazon they are Tom Oliver approximately 12 months for £12 for two months supply I’ve had no problem with either the capsules nor the subscription. I hope this is helpful to you

I buy magnesium trio complex with taurate, glycinate and malate in it from Amazon. All 3 are supposed to be good for heart health.

I get Bio Care magnesium taurate from Amazon. At first I got it direct from Bio Care but then found it was a bit cheaper on Amazon.

I buy my supplements from ‘ British supplements’ they are a little more expensive than Amazon but are pure ingredients and have very good reviews, they don’t use fillers and I’m supporting an English company. I get magnesium, ginkgo, zinc and my Vit d + k2 from them also. I was recommended by a few friends who use them and I’m really please so far. Not sure how true this is but hollond and Barrett aren’t owned by an English company and we’re bought out. They also use fillers to bulk there tablets so not the purest ingredients

I buy Magnesium Taurate from Ethical Nutrition too, they are excellent company, no fillers or binders.

Very small company with excellent advice from the Nutritionist who owns it.
