Does anyone have low sodium levels . Just had my latest blood test results and my sodium levels are lower than my test before Christmas. So booked to have it redone on 3rd March . Had problems with low sodium levels for years . Just wondered if anyone had the same problem.

My sodium levels were seen to have dropped recently - I am monitored annually due to medication - GP said this was probably caused by one of my medications, reducing the dose has brought sodium levels back to normal
If this has been an ongoing issue for you your GP should be monitoring and/or suggesting something helpful if the level is low enough to cause concern
If levels are a bit low and stable the GP either can't do anything or is unaware - have you asked them about it?
Yes I have asked what I can do to raise it and told to have some salt. But sodium in your body is different as salt is sodium carbonate.. Used yo have problems with my potassium levels so been on low potassium diet for over 10 years . It's amazing what foods which are high in potassium who would have thought tomatoes and mushrooms where as they are mostly water like spinach.
Saw a urologist 3 years ago due to series of UTIs and kidney infections. Internal and ultrasound on my bladder and kidneys full and empty showed no problems . Just thought I had a bad infection as I had 16 courses of antibiotics. But my sodium where low when my potassium ones where . Anyway at Stroke clinic today .
