Right and Left Pulsatile Carotid Arteries.

Since a week I have both my right and left Pulsatile carotid arteries. I visited my cardiologist and he assured me that it is the consequence of a severe Tricuspid Valve Regurgitation also due to my in planted ICD wire which goes through this heart valve. I now also feel tired and until last week I used to walk 4KM 5 times a week. My cardiac surgeon advised I need Tricuspid Valve repair with latest clip technology but seems that the ICD wire could pose a problem. Anyone has/ had similar condition and how did you go through it. Thank you
