Pumpkin Seed oil
It depends which blood pressure medications you are on , and if your blood pressure is now at the low end of normal.Pumpkin seeds oil in the dose level of supplements rather than in meals can lower blood pressure for some people so it could interact or cause your blood pressure to be low for a short period of time.
You should ask your GP or Pharmacist, but if they aren't up to date with food supplement interactions they probably wouldn't know and may give the wrong advice too.
The Bladder and Bowel society suggest you might benefit from adding pumpkin seeds to your diet but there aren't any guarantees that pumpkin seeds oil will definitely help leaking.
Leaking may not be caused by an overactive bladder but from looser muscles in the area or insufficient Vitamin D.
You may find better results by going to the Bladder and Bowel society website and downloading the Kegle exercise information sheet they recommend on there.
Kegle exercises are very good for retraining bladder movement and helping to reduce the urge to go.
you could discuss with your dispensing pharmacist.
