What do these mean..... MRI cardiac myocardial viability?

...........Cardiacs unsupervised?

......I am thinking unsupervised means not chaperoned Yet I think it must be something more technical, but I cant find anything about that.

"Myocardial viability" refers to tissue that is not currently functional, but that could return to functional if its blood supply were restored.

Machine learning algorithms can be used to convert a bunch of static MRI images into a dynamic MRI of the heart's motion. When these algorithms require a bunch of setup by the operator they're known as "supervised", and when the computer does all the work they're known as "unsupervised".
