Regular meds for years 10 mg Biso , digoxin, warfarin , bumetenide . Since Forgixa added I seem to be suffering from IBS symptoms and also I have permanent AF , but never felt palpitations until Fotgixa

If you believe you have unpleasant side effects from any medication which is affecting your quality of life, I suggest you talk to a pharmacist or better your prescribing health professional (your GP?) who might be able to do something to help you.

Thank you, but I have found over the many years with heart problems that this forum is so useful in gauging effects of medication, many docs and patients do not use the yellow card system and common allergic reactions can go un noticed for years …that is why I asked the question .

Speak with your health team is my advice.❤

this stuff has a long list of side effects. Dapliflozine (sold as forgaxia) is known to give you thrush as a common side effect. Also note if you are not a diabetic to keep your eye on blood glucose . It’s a diabetic medication.

I’ve had terrible stomach issues since being in heart meds and not the same ones as you. What I do and eat is definitely ruled by my stomach not my heart. Hope you get more answers than I have!

I’m on dapagliflozin/Forxgixa and other heart failure meds. I had IBS before starting all these meds. Also I’m lactose intolerant.

I also have AF but I don’t feel it and it’s meant to be persistent. The one I feel is the ventricular tachycardia it makes me feel dizzy, light headed. My device deals with them.

I take 10mg bisoprolol, 2mg Bumetanide and Dapa, but take 4 other tablets plus 4 for other things. All these different tablets taken together are bound to do something else to your system especially your stomach. If you’re getting bad pains see your doc and read the dapa leaflet through.

Let us know how you get on. All the best
