I've never heard of tinnitus being a side effect of heart meds. However, I have heard that tinnitus can be a symptom of type 2 diabetes, which is a common co-morbidity for heart disease sufferers. Here's an example,

You should speak to your GP.
Yeah I get it when I start a new blood pressure tablet , had it when I started amlopidine for about 3 months post surgery, after surgery it was changed to rampiril and so far I've had it around 7 weeks , mostly when I wake and evenings.
Tinnitus can be aggravated by low blood pressure, or perhaps a drop in blood pressure is more accurate. It is often associated with feinting, for example. So it is likely that heart meds will make it worse.
My Tinnitus certainly gets worse after using GTN, but it is pretty bad to start with and I struggle with low BP anyway.
Tinnitus is a poorly understood group of conditions, and everyone is different.
