I had a Nstemi in January 2024 and stent and ballon’s fitted , I had previously had a stent fitted in Sept 2022 following a private CY angiogram which showed my LAD was 85% blocked, I had to pay privately as my gp and staff at local hospital told me I was suffering from anxiety as nothing showed up on usual tests
I am now taking
10mg rovuvastatin
3.75 bisoprolol
90mg ticalegror x 2 daily
75mg aspirin
I have good and bad days , but the bad days leave me feeling nauseous and lightheaded and no appetite and excessive tired
I am not overweight and have never been ill before , has anyone else felt this way

firstly sorry to hear about your heart attack, it's been a recent event and they are traumatic so I hope you are resting and taking all the time you need for recovery.
If your GP is saying your symptoms are due to being anxious, they might be right, but I think they are not being empathetic to how you are feeling and that's not right.
I have to take the cocktail of medicines too, and I'm pretty sure the bisoprolol and ramipril do make me feel light headed, dizzy and tired.
I've seen a lot of posts talk about similar things.
Whilst I'm not suggesting it's the same for you , I would recommend calling the BHF Cardiac nurse helpline and have a chat with them. They will listen to you and your concerns and could give you comfort or arm you with some questions to ask your GP.
It's early days yet, the mind and body take time to heal,so be patient and kind to yourself.
I'm hoping others will join and offer some thoughts too.
7 moths post Nstemi and quadruple bypass , I think my beta blockers are causing me a big daily slump in energy and fatigue . My bisoprolol was reduced from 3.75mg to 1.25 and a 1.25mg tablet ramipril added ( on top of aspirin, clopidogrel, Pravastatin ..) as I was zombied 🤦🏼 Totally spaced out. That was last September, this year I’ve noticed that I started crashing in the afternoons again and for the last two weeks I’ve lost most of the day from 14-15:00 due to tiredness /fatigue. I was staggering on my walk with my dog , it was a real struggle to get home . Felt spaced out and vacant every afternoon. My blood pressure was dropping to 101/61 from 115/75 . I’m looking into changing my regime on the bisoprolol, whether I can take it in the evenings or two half doses to see if that helps . I feel worse than before heart attack at the moment 🤦🏼🤣. Some people seem to get through this phase and adapt . I’d love to know what I can do to help myself , I don’t understand what’s happened to bring it on …
Thanks for the reply , yes mine seems to happen from early afternoon and can carry on until I go to bed , the nausea is awful and I struggle to eat even the smallest amounts . I’m due to see the cardiologist on 18th March and have a long list of questions for him , I just want to feel as well as I can do
I sympathise I’ve been feeling the same nausea and lightheaded with feeling breathless and tightness in my chest. I had a trip to A & E a few weeks ago so heart attack was ruled out I have stents put in 7 years ago and a possible diagnosis of vasospastic angina. I’m currently waiting to see a cardiologist. I’ve cut down massively on what I was doing and I’m resting a lot too, it’s so difficult knowing what to do last time I felt quite bad was at an art class and my heart rate dropped and I nearly fainted and I do get anxious it’ll happen again in public. I’ve just been told to go to A & E if I feel bad while waiting to see cardiologist and I’m trying to manage until then
