Next month is a less happy anniversary - the crystal anniversary of losing my leg...

It's Whipsnade Tree Cathedral planted in memory of thoseost in WW I. Just down the road from the zoo. A pleasant place to commune with nature as besides different species of trees there is a mix of wiife if you tread quietly...

It's gorgeous, Michael. Nothing quite like a walk outside communing with nature, I always feel the benefit of it.

The area mabes a good day out as nearby uou have a choir or Whipsnade Zoo and Dunstable Downs. In fact with the current long daylight you could do all three in a day!

Happy Anniversary, Michael! It was the 5th anniversary of my HA last week, and I had a (coincidental) phone appointment with my cardiologist. He was pleased to tell me that I’m doing really well, with a BNP of 72, and an EF of 40-45% ❤️
