I can tell I'm definitely getting more used to going I mean I'm surprised it went so well considering I was exhausted from having a really busy weak haven't rested at all this week πŸ˜‚πŸ˜†πŸ˜…πŸ™Š, but no chest discomfort wasn't out of breathe was amazing! Only thing legs felt bit tired but absolutely amazing progress yay.

Brilliant (and yes I won't stop saying it) and it's great you are seeing the mental as well as the physical benefits, bottle the feeling/memory as there will be days when you don't feel like that.

I get the legs aching mine do to, (we must be doing something right) don't forget your rest days though.

Onwards and upwards.

Fantastic news. Aching legs aren't bad news, that is quite normal if you haven't used the muscles a lot Even simple things like different step depths can make a difference, ordinary steps are second nature but when I walk up escalators in the underground I notice the difference as I no longer commute (or have to walk up escalators when they are turned off while at work 😭). Keep up the good progress and keep us updated.
