Even though wasn't feeling 100% thought it was best to stick with my routine of going to the gym want to increase my exercise capacity as much as possible, I was very silly though I forgot to have breakfast although I blame cost of living for that no gas no electricity πππ, anyway got through it built up sweat lol so really put my all into it felt bit sickly to start of with but soon passed after a few minutes and as usual tired legs π. It is good to stick to a routine because for some the moment we stop we can slip backwards well I do so well done going even though bless you going with no breakfast be careful with that one and sorry that you have no gas and elec as to why you did I hope you can get some today and maybe they do cereal bars breakfast ones not sure how healthy they are but if you can get some bits on when you can that you do not need gas and elec to eat call it your emergency cupboard that might be an idea

Yeah thanks bekind yeah Im gona stock up when I go shopping Friday ππ ππποΈπ, did a lot of walking today aswell so really tired now. I will be getting gas and electricity tomorrow and having breakfast I promise π π. Thanks for your kind reply β€οΈπ. X

Yumz, we live and learn but don't forget it in the future breakfast is the best meal of the day, great that you managed your workout and enjoyed it to.

Yeah thanks thatwasunexpected I know what you mean I did understand why I felt like that I really wish I could of had breakfast but at the same time was glad I went π π.

I think it is wise to drink water, not just during exercise but sufficient the day before and after so you are well hydrated . I think itβs recommended that you donβt have large glasses of water downed in one go but try to have little and often.
You wouldnβt want to have eaten a big breakfast before as that can make you feel sick too.
Maybe a banana is a good pre gym easy no fuss breakfast. I wonder what other people suggest?
I am very sorry about your gas and electricity situation. That wonβt be helping your health and well being.
