I am 6 months post stents (4 stents) on Sept last year. I have been to rehab and following my diet, medicine and exercise. I do walk 7 days a week and strength/cardio 3 times a week. SI am on rosuvastatin 40mg, bisoprolol 2.5 mg, brillianta and aspirin. Since I start taking medicine it's taking longer for my muscle to recover..and I get random pains all over. So started taking coq10 and magnesium taurate after discussion with cardiologist, somehow my aches and pain dropped bit I still get pain sometimes. Lately I am getting a pain in neck and discomfort around jaw lasted since last few days... turning or on neck/shoulder I can feel lots of tension and pain. I don't get that pain when busy , exercising or sleeping. Still I don't know if it's a heart or muscle pain. This is giving me some anxiety. Does anyone have similar pain? Also my BP is now 102/56 after walk or exercise. Is that ok. Should I be concerned?Specially my diastolic is less than 60. I always had in 70. I have 6 months echo follow up on 20th and appointment with my cardiologist, what should I ask for and what sort of information I should expect. My EF was 40 pre stents. I am 44 was fit and never obese.non smoker and very casual drinker..in event etc.

Bp and my 6 months follow up
You have the basis for a discussion with your cardiologist at your upcoming appointment all detailed in your post. It adequately describes your current situation and should be enough, in my opinion, to allow the cardiologist to consider your situation, and agree a way forward with you. In the past I have written down my situation in the form of a narrative as you have done, passed it over to the medic for them to read and been thanked for doing it this way.
Thanks @Thatwasunexpected, I was little concerned about my diastolic pressure it only went below 60 recently. I don't feel any symptoms. Definitely I will since stents I Ve changed my diet completely eating more veggies, beans lentils and limited meat and egg. Yes it is taking while to recover even though I Ve added lots of cool down stretches as you suggested previously. I will start adding more protein hopefully that will help
Thank you so much
Thanks Hidden I will increase my protein intake ..yes coq10 and magnesium did help but but post workout by not much..
