I have a mechanical aortic valve a repaired aorta and heart failure and I find Avanti the best by far.

I had 3 stents fitted after a heart attack 4 years ago and thought holidays abroad, especially skiing were gone. I went through All Clear who specialise in medical condition insurance if you get nothing from the others. Good luck.

I am with StaySure Travel Insurance. I have unstable angina, also known as vasospasm.

medicaltravelcompared.co.uk are a comparison site that has always come up with competitive quotes for me - but, of course, make sure the policy meets your requirements.

As noted above try a comparison site for travel insurance for those with pre-existing health conditions and go from there. We are all different in terms of risk for health conditions, age, gender, length of cover and where we want to go and insurance companies assess that risk differently. For example Staysure often get mentioned on here yet they wouldn't insure me last year whereas Allclear who also are mentioned would insure me. And my experience is that assuming you can find insurance the premiums vary considerably.
