Oh I forgot to say I have COPD and for 2yrs I've been on 10mg propranolol even taking that my heart goes to 105

You go talk to your GP who will have access to all of your medical history, unlike people on here, and so should be best placed to assist you and decide if anything requires attention.

I spoke to gp last week said nothing to worry about was anxiety but when heart speeds up that's when I panic

Your GP should have given you the best advice from a medical perspective. Why not take that as a positive and use it to put your fears into the background. Other than that is there anyone you can talk to about your anxieties? There are certainly helplines available from organisations such as Mind or Anxieties UK who may be able to assist you.
