Just a quick update ventured to the gym today for my first aqua class for 8 months, after all the trials and tribulations of this year.

So happy managed the 3/4 hour class without any angina. I am beginning to think I must have had the stent at the angioplasty as not any anti angina meds now. If it is the placebo effect it certainly seems to be working in my case. Its been a stressful couple of weeks as well as my 104 mother had a fall and broke her femur. They operated but she is still quite poorly. It sounds horrible, but I wish in some ways she hadn't survived the op

I am so pleased for you what progress you are making you must feel good getting so far and whatever reason you feel better it does not matter what matters is you are !

I am so sorry to hear about your Mother and 104 wow what an age !

It does not sound awful though what you said she is old and sometimes they do not even operate at that age as they feel they are to frail to survive it and I think what you mean is that it must be awful to watch her suffering

I wish the best for her whatever that may be and again well done to you :-) x
