Teenage zits!

I am 56, OK I had a bit of a cabg but I listened to all the instructions and advice from the team of fiendly health professionals.

No pork pies sausage rolls are a nono my meals now consist of garnish with all of my stapel diet consigned to the naughty step.

I have actually changed my route through town so that I don't pass the Greg's.

The usual cocktail of diatry supplements clopidogrel, atorvastatin, bisoprolol if you are on here you know the rest.

The nice man with a sharp knife and saw explained about feeling tired, possible sleeping problems and perhaps some side effects of the medication.

The lady who regularly gives me a friendly phone call to ask about my excersise and diet and then give me a bit of a bol*****g about something, I listen to and follow her advice. For she has a strong manner and when she says I am doing OK I feel like I have done a good thing.

So why have I suddenly started to get white head spots?

I really don't think that it is fair not one of the highly trained professionals mentioned this bain on my existence. I now approach my morning shave with real trepidation.

And blood thinners, I mean I could have to go to a electric razor.

I wish, but I don't really fancy a second cabg, so I am now eating a lot of cabbage instead.

Not really, and it's not a mega problem. But after 30 plus years to suddenly start with teenage acne well I was not expecting that. I was just curious about if other harties had the same thing.

Perhaps after our bypass we are reborn so living through teenage years again!! I’m looking forward to my 20’s & 30’s again!! Could be change of diet- could be meds- one to speak to GP about?

"A bit of a cabg" LOL. Yes, I get spots again. I blame mine on the menopause (my HA came 7 months after I passed it), but I don't think you have the same excuse! ;)

No I suppose not. Maby I could claim a mid life crisis.

That's also a fairly good description of my feelings when they said you have a hand granade were you should have a hart.

Definitely not the best thing a seriously attractive lady has said to me.
