My head moves in time with my pulse
Each heart beat delivers a pulse of blood through your arteries and veins that results in microscopic movements thoughout your body. I notice it only in bed and only in certain positions because the very slight head movement against the pillow translates into a slight noise heard in the ear. Most of the time you just ignore it because it's normal, but sometimes you focus on it and cannot stop! I guess you are experiencing something like this.
Hi, I notice this particularly when I get up to pass urine after 1 - 3 hours asleep. Rapid, 'heavy' heartbeat can last for 15 minutes and prevents me from falling asleep again. I have asked the local Cardiology Dept. whether this could be a consequence of the pacemaker settings of my ICD. Hope you can get some useful advice from professionals. All the Best.
I get it in both eyes especially when my BP elevates
