I asked gp about 6 months ago said bp was lower said that was goodIf you reduce meds could it cause breathlessness on walking hills or anything I'm actively walking most days
Yes you should have a meds review every year, generally the onus is on you to request the review, you should also make sure that you request any necessary blood tests prior to the review, making sure that the results are back before your appointment.
Saw practice nurse last month give her my bp readings for last month she said they will do only I said to take my bp up a little bit from my readings 130/78Blood tests all normal
No, you should call your GP surgery and tell them that you are overdue a meds review and can you book an appointment, also ask if you need more blood tests prior to the appointment.
In my GP surgery med reviews done by clinical pharmacist - pretty thorough. But up to you to request one. When you next see nurse for bp review you could talk to her, call the BHF nurses here and talk to them or even ask to speak to your GP. You seem concerned enough about fatigue to post on here, so why not put your mind at rest and speak to someone? Good luck!
A common side-effect of candesartan is joint and muscle pain, so this might be something you could discuss with your GP. Some people have to try several types of meds before finding the one that suits them best.
