Well done you and your cardiac team!
Thank you and my team have been brilliant
Well done!! It’s really good to hear positive news. What do you put your recovery down to. Have you had a regular exercise regime. Have you just rested, let us know your secret!! Well done great to hear. Like you I have been diagnosed with severe LVSD with and EF of between 15-20%
Thank you , to be honest I’ve not really changed my outlook on life I still do all the things I used to but try to go for a 45 min walk about 3-4 times a week. Hopefully things will improve for you very soon
Hi Ashchar78, thanks for reply gives hope to us all. I personally have found it difficult mentally and have had a few anxiety attacks which definitely do not help at all. I’m just getting used to what I have, I overdid the exercise regime to start with which didn’t help at all. Now following the heart teams regime of excersises short walks 4 times a week. Spoken to someone about my anxiety and that has helped me tremendously. Also this forum and posts like yours really help. Your right try and keep your life as near to normal as you can and make sure you listen to the professionals. Thanks for your post and reply.👍
Hello Ashchar78
Wonderful news, Thank God....
Kind and warmest regards

Thanks Ashchar! It's great to hear of your good news about your heart. I have RVSD and no AFIB. Glad you found what works for your heart. I am seeking what will work for mine..
That's excellent. Happy for you x
Thanks for the positive post needed to read this today as had a down day thank you for giving us all hope made me quite tearful in a good way 😘
Hi that's good news well done, I'd just like to ask was it the meds that did it or did you exercise and eat healthier aswell, I have had AFIB, and LVSD since Sep 20 with EF 45%.
Amazing! Well done. So happy for you. Mine was at its lowest 24% but am now up to 57%. So I can relate to how happy you must be. Keep it up. Take care.
Hi Chris Thanks for your reply, reading your story sounds like you have the same as me it was great news to receive from the doctor last year I’m just waiting on a follow up appointment so hopefully can come off some meds soon. I seen you had ablation a while back has that helped with the afib? I’ve had AF for about 6 years now but yet been offered one.
Take care
Dave
