Just wanted to share some good news, my Husband had a STEMI heart attack back in April 3 stents and LVSD 41%EF. He had his results of his MRI scan today and his EF is now a whopping 64%. We have no idea what this means for the LVSD but we couldn't have dreamt of better news.

That is amazing news. Did he do anything apart from taking the tablets to improve so much?
He has lost around 3 stone, taking up running (park run) he eats very healthy the only thing he eats that he shouldn't is the occasional ice cream.
Thank you - please wish him well and tell him he’s an inspiration to all the HF hearties
