Hi my physio at rehab suggested I took nystatin 40 mg in the morning as I was having trouble sleeping and my ramipril 2.5 at night. I also take Bisoprolol [ 25 at night and 76mg aspirin in the morning. Ceased Ticagrelor a month ago after one year. I had angina and a stent. The statin makes me feel spaced out an I swap the statin and the ramipril over?

OK, not a dr, but; take the statin at night, before bed and the bisoprolol, rampril and asprin with your morning cuppa. 76mg asprin? 70/75surely? That "tends" to be what most of "us" do. Simples
Is your statin Atorvastatin? If so, this statin is the only one that you can take morning or evening. I was having side effects of pins and needles in my hands and arms and it was keeping me awake at night. It is a known side effect of this drug. My GP and the nurse at BHF advised me to take this drug in the morning.
I take Simvastatin day time because at night I get terrible aches and pains and breathing problems which of course keeps me awake.I am on 20mg at the moment down from 40mg and am going to stop it completely as I have done in the past.I have tried others and the same probs.I am on 6 meds after a stroke, but statins are the worst ones to be on.
