Morning all, I had a HA 12 weeks ago and am the the usual collection of meds but for the past month I have had chronic diarrhea, even waking me up numerous times in the night. Last week my Ramipril was swapped over to Candersartan as the doctor thought that this might sort it out. It has improved marginally but still a major problem and as all the drugs I am taking have the common side effect of diarrhea I would appreciate any feedback from those that have suffered in a similar manner.

hello I would suggest any bowel movements that are not your normal you should see your doctor even if could just be side effect of meds. You’ve said it’s been happening for a month it’s definitely worth getting medical advice? Hope improves for you👍
(but I haven’t experienced this but still worth getting it checked)

Hi fishface, thanks for your reply. I have been discussing with doctor recently, hence the swap out in meds, and tried to get an appointment but to no avail. Will have to try again tomorrow morning, fingers crossed I can get an appointment!
