Pain down my arm ?

I’ve been getting quite a lot of pain down my arms even just the right one, sometimes without chest pain.

Is that anyone else has or is it just me.

And if anyone does do you use your GTN spray.

It could be I’m trying to do a little bit more walking and a bit more active, trying to get my confidence back with that one. !!

Good to hear you are upping your activity level......why not try the GTN? Might help?

I’m moving on to a bit further of a milestone today and see how it goes, nice day and positive thoughts,

I do use my GTN spray regularly, but sometimes the pain persists, i was just asking if anyone else had the same symptoms particularly with coronary spasms and micro vascular angina.
