just a question about SADS, how many people under 40,die with no symptoms, and no post mortem results showing any reason for death in the uk? and also is put down as SADS on death certificate.

my sister died in 2018 of SADS no health conditions, no signs she was 27 years old and her fiancé died the year before and was grieving, she went out for a walk and collapsed and passed away. The autopsies showed no medical reason and she was put under the SADS category- ultimately they said the death of her partner contributed.
