Just for the sake of honesty, I did actually stop myself just in time I got as far as popping them out of the foil, when brain finally noted that there were only two in the strip, and all my heart meds come in strips of seven or more. 😀came very very close though.

Easy done. Never brush your teeth without putting the light on in the bathroom . Deep Heat is not very good instead of toothpaste !!! Your not on your own.
