Of course I knew the answer.I owed so much I`ve stopped taking out books.Fortunately a small library has opened in the next village and no charge for overdue books.Thank goodness!!!

Our libraries have removed most concessions. So pensioners do not get them but someone on income based JSA would. Really unbalanced!

Reduced or zero fines for overdue books, no charge for reservations, etc...
