Since my husband's 2has + stroke last autumn I have regularly looked at this forum. I have only posted once before. I imagine there are many like me who post little or nothing but we learn & take comfort from those who wrote more often. I notice there are regulars here who are often on hand to help & support others. Thank you. You are a huge source of information & comfort & probably have no idea how many are helped by reading your words.

Hello
I hope your Husbands recovery is going well
I often say whatever your worries , struggles or how well you are doing or anything else even if you just get one reply post them because I think we forget as you have pointed out there are so many just reading the posts and replies that we are not aware of so it could be helping so many that you do not realise are there taking comfort that they are not alone from members posts and the response they get from others on here
Hope you will come and post again it is always nice to say hello to members on here x
Physically he's doing incredibly well - fitter than he's ever been. The psychological side is not great but we'll get there. Thank you for always being there with something supportive to say to whoever posts!
Hello
Well that is good news that physically he is doing well personally I know the psychological side is really hard it will be 3 years in August when I had my triple Bypass and I am still struggling with the mental side and as you read the posts I think you will know it seems to be a struggle for quite a few
Has he had any support like Counselling or anything like that if he hasn't it would be worth a go I am on my third time having some and just hope something goes in my head to help me
It has been nice talking to you let us know how he gets on x
Hi Pocketfull, one thing you can be sure of is BeKind28- always gives the most loveliest of replies, and others of course. Sending best wishes to you both. Take care.
