Problem with Messages

Does anyone know of problems with private messages? My Icon on top of screen shows I have 2 new messages but when I enter message screen there are no new ones showing? Didn't want to contact admin if there are any quick fixes. Thanks

The notification doesn't disappear unless you specifically open the message which is easily forgotten with short messages.

Thanks Michael I will check messages to see if I have overlooked opening

I had similar problems. Advice was to log off wait one minute and log back on. This was on iPhone seemed to work

I use my Samsung cellphone and my notification reset when I tap on the alarm icon.

When I read my messages the alert stays on and is red.

I have to use my windows laptop to delete the messages as my phone does not have the ability to do so.

Thanks for that. I tried the log out option, and also deleted some read messages which had been there a long time and this has solved the problem
