AVR rescheduled, a day EARLY

Several frantic missed calls and messages from the hospital whilst I was in cinema watching the lengthy new Napoleon movie lolThey would like me in a day early on Sun for a rescheduled AVR on Mon first on list

Sadly I know why, its because an online fellow new heartie friend had hers put on hold for now, so I got her place,

And will keep the room nice and tidy for her when she follows me in later :)

by far the worst bit of AVR is the waiting, so having one day moved up is great.

Your new life starts at the week end.

Just go steady.

Hello :-)

I am sure the other person will get theirs done soon but in the meantime it is good news that you will soon be posting and you will have had yours done :-)

When you can keep us posted and we will be thinking about you :-) x

Better to have it brought forward than delayed. All the soon best....you will soon be home concentrating on your recovery. Xx

best wishes for tomorrow. It is a wonderful op and then you get your life back. Yes the rehab is long but I felt a little better every two days.

Is it JR to JR ?

I was delayed 48 hours on mine - maybe, in my case for the best as it would have been on better halves birthday.

I'm now 23 weeks in, feel great and fitter than I have been for years, it really is a second opportunity at life.

Good luck and very best wishes.
