Spironolactone, side effects ?

Hi, not been here for a while. Am now diagnosed with Heart Failure Stage 2 after having 2 M.I. in 2012 & subsequent triple by pass surgery. Currently I have a great local Heart Failure team although not seen my cardiologist for over a year. My question is whether members have had side effects from Spironolactone ??. Initially I felt fine but have now experienced a gradual but persistent flare up of my Sjogrens Syndrome symptoms, particularly digestive problems akin to IBS. I would welcome any comments, thanks.
