If you are 50 or over try StaySure. Under I suggest AllClear.
I have a few health issues and use Insurance With. Their initial questions relate to medication, so a different emphasis from some other companies.
I've just taken out annual policy with StaySure - reasonable price, and good cover provisions
Try SAGA, I got my last trip covered by them no problem.
Allclear were great and I have just insured for a year worldwide at the best price. Good luck.
