Hi everyone ... Last week I promised to give an update on possible medication changes - ref ‘Bisoprolol &my Psoriasis flare up’ . As said before I have AF and been taking Bisoprolol since last autumn. Someone recommended to speak to my GP. Both the GP and Dermatologist have suggest to change to Diltiazem - but strongly advised also to give the Methotrexate a better chance to work, as I had convinced myself that the Methotrexate was to blame for my flare up. Would like to say that I am very grateful for the forums members helpful comments. So .. Just wondering if anyone has had experience in taking Zemtard 120 XL. Many thanks ...

Zemtard XL is a prolonged release version of Diltiazem. I found it very effective at preventing angina but had issues with nausea and dizziness. However, we all react differently and most people have no issue. An example of this is Tramadol. I can take 8 a day without any adverse effects yet other people become zombies on 1 or 2.
BTW,.members of the Zombies were alumnae of my school!
Oh dear.. I am guessing you changed medications because of those side effects. Beginning to realise that it’s a ‘medication mine field’ out there 🤦♂️.... So helpful to have this forum!
