hi everyone. just want to thank you all for your kind words and support during my latest hospital stay. you don’t know how much it meant to me. so thank you my friends. i’m home now went for angio yesterday after continued delays ang found there was restenosis in one of my stents. they put a bigger one in and told me no further damage or deterioration since last time. to say i’m buzzing is an understatement. so have a great weekend everyone and stay strong and well❤️shiona

I couldn’t cope in that heat! Not that I like cold overly much either! Can’t win. Hope you had a relaxing time. X

no that’s too warm for me. a scottish roasting day of 18 degrees would do nicely🤣

Haha

We are soooooo different.

I would at 18 oC have lots of layers on to ward off an episode of angina!

it would be a dull world if we were all the same milkfairy

Hi there so pleased for you. Hope your feeling much better,

I could be cheeky and ask what % your restenoise was, I have 2 and the specialist are just keeping me on meds !

Shoshov profile image
Shoshov in reply to2stents

they didn’t actually say. just that it was covered over. said the original stent was probably too wee and that i should have been on clopidrogel for a year instead of 6 months❤️

I'm still no further on, my resteniose was 50% in one and 50% - 70% in the other one, I go back and see cardiologist end if this month, angina seems to come and go, but now have vasculitis in lower legs and fluid

I'm really pleased your specialist sorted you out 👍

Great to hear they found the problem and treated it successfully. May I ask how long the original stent has been in?
