Hi All

Can anyone tell me why the hot weather effects so many people that have had some kind of heart operation. Use to be really fit but since the hot weather I’m practically house bound unless there’s cloud cover. ?

It does look like it's cooling down later in the week though so you should get some relief

Not had op but I think we are impatient you have had a operation it takes time to recover and this heat is not good for anyone even people who have healthy hearts. Don't punish yourself take care.
