hi all i have enlarged heart poor lv function lbbb and heart block am also on meds bisoprol lisinopril asprin and simvastatin gtn spray and inhaler when i went to cardio last time he said i had a dilated cardiomyopathy and on the myocaradial perfusion scan it showed a three segment fixed defect and no inducible ischaemia then my last ecg showed an ejection fraction of 25% on my mpi scan it was 38% what are they actually saying he then says in light of perfusion defect on mpi scan i am otherwise asymptomatic and was discharged from clinic until whatever happens ie if heart gets worse ect ect im totally confused by it my gp gave me copy of letter sent to him can someone shed anymore light on all this

All a bit technical for me! What not call the BHF nurses and get a clear and simple translation of this technical stuff, into exactly what’s been happening to you, what you need to look for and what you can do to help.
