Life insurance

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone could help or give me some advice.

I had an ASD closure 1 year ago and I have been looking for life insurance and I cannot get it anywhere! My surgeons nurse told me to come on here and ask for some advice or see if anyone knows where I can get it

There are many similar tails of woe on this site. Insurance companies will see you as high risk and most are unlikely to take on that risk. You might be better approaching a broker and let them do the donkey work, but don’t hold your breath. The other option might be one of these over 50 policies that guarantee to accept you (expensive but maybe better than nothing). Good luck and let us know if you are successful.
