hello Dazzler, sleep is also good for you. Your bodys way of slowing you down as you recover, you will come through it stronger
You're probably doing more now, as you start to feel better, so it's not surprising. I did the same after my first AVR, couldn't keep my eyes open! The following week I felt great!
Totally agree with the other comments - you've been feeling better, doing more and now your body is giving itself the chance to re-energise after all that hard work. Frustrating to feel things level off or take a backwards step, but I vote rest when you need to and do more again when your energy returns. (I've just realised this is good advice for myself too!)

I really have felt so guilty feeling so tired and yawning when i have just been awake for an hour or so.
i will take everyones advice and sleep minus the guilt
