Don't go there !.....

First day back on the beta blocker, this time half dose of 1.25mg.

Managed walk into town OK. Imagine if you can, school outfitters on the last Saturday before the kids go back to school.....we only wanted iron on name tags but some families had obviously decided that this was the best day to shop for the full uniform !!.

Thence to very nice craft fayre in the Town Hall. Succumbed to a very naughty but nice chocolate & mint cupcake, but did walk back home uphill.

Importantly, have collected the ferrous fumarate & will start that tonight with my tea. GP has warned me that side effects could go either way, i.e. constipation or diarrhoea !!

Sounds like a good day. Fingers crossed the new meds don't put too much of a dampener on things! Good luck :)
