Daily exercise and the weather

Just got back from my daily walk. It is 3.7 miles with the middle mile being up a quite steep hill. This gets the heart beating and the lungs working. Yesterday it was quite windy and I had to stop twice going up the hill and once at the top. This worried me a bit, thinking angina was coming back. Well, you do, don't you? Today it is nice and sunny with very little wind, more like a breeze, I have gone round in 50 minutes with no stops. It just goes to show that weather can affect our performance quite severely and if we are a bit under sometimes it is nothing to worry about.

Hi Jimmy, Well done, keep it up. I suffer with shortness of breath in windy weather. Try covering your mouth with a scarf or Snood, it should help.

Yes, you're right Jimmy. Suddenly got colder here today. It's lovely being in the outdoors but I'm thinking maybe time to scuttle back to the gym for exercise.
