Help with Reveal Device

Please can anyone help if they have had experience with a reveal device, specifically the Confirm RX?

I keep getting the below message when trying to record symptoms, it's been like this for 24hours now and have no contact information on who to report this to. It was created by a company call St.Jude Medical which is based in America so no U.K. Phone numbers to contact? Not entirely sure what to do or who to tell?

Can you not contact your own c.c.u where your cardiologist is based and ask there advice... ♥️

Yeah, think I'll just have to contact my cardiologists secretary on Monday. Just wasn't sure as my cardiologist didn't fit the device and there was a representative from the company that made them when I had it done, so didn't know if I needed to try and contact them 😊 swings and roundabouts ❤️

Your clinic is the pacing clinic who gave you the device/ the hospital you attend. This so they can check the device is working as it should.

To he there is no need to attend A&E for reveal malfunction- they are not therapeutic devices so there is no danger to you from the devices malfunctioning. The only issue it is may miss the opportunity to find an abnormal rhythm- which in itself should be obvious if A&E visit is in order.

Sorry can not be more help as I had the Reveal DX (the last generation that looked like cigarette lighters) around 5 years ago so was not able to use the software you have above.

Hi I didn't have yours looks like it is a newer version but I had follow ups and interrogation of the device done by Pacemaker Clinic. I contacted them directly when I had any problems or questions such as when I electrocuted myself! They then did a quick check at the clinic I thought I might have fried it but it was fine.

There was also someone from the company in the theatre when I had it put in. I had mine taken out last December bit of a tug of war as it had become encapsulated. Hope it finds the right information for you to move forward.

Thanks Nicky 🙂 I had a Reveal put in 7 years ago and definitely wasn't as technological as this! I called Southampton today and they just said it was because the memory was full (D'oh!) so they've downloaded all the data and back to normal now 😊 x
