Looks like I'm not the only person here who likes Balneum Plus cream. It won't cure the psoriasis, but I find it is fairly good at calming the redness and irritation if used regularly.

I'll say it again. Desonide cream 0.05% (prescription) works for me.

I have been using coconut oil and it helps so much. It make my skin quit hurting.

Sorion cream available from Amazon, I couldn't wear my black boots with jeans or even sit on a black toilet seat without leaving half my DNA behind!! I discovered this cream on this site. Its stopped the dry flakiness and soothes the lesions. I am always a sceptic when people say about natural creams but this has really helped me. Its coconut oil, neem oil ( haven't a clue) Tumeric (anti- inflammatory) and other oils.

Good luck
