Hi all, been on Cimzia several years but been recently having lots of lower back pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain. My rheumatologist says no signs of inflammation in my blood tests but I’m wondering is this much inflammation and constant pain normal? Should I push to change biologic? Any help appreciated!

The biologic can stop having the good response it once did. This happened to my sister )she and I both have Psa)with Tremfya. Her Psa was controlled pretty well but her fingers kept staying swollen and slightly sore. Her Dr said nope we are switching you - she said but I feel pretty good. He just looked at her and said if your fingers are swollen and sore it’s not working well enough- I’d suggest a switch for you. Best of luck!
