Heaviest I’ve ever been

I’ve struggled with my weight since my late 20s. I gain weight fast. Four years ago I lost 60lbs and kept most of it off for 3 years. Fast forward to job stress, a return to emotional eating, 70lbs gained and here I am. I know I can eat healthy and exercise. I just can’t figure out how to get back to my good habits with my schedule and job. Can people give me tips on your healthy routines.

Thanks

Monday to Friday I get up for work between 530 and 6. I take the train to work. Work until 430 or 530 depending on the day. Take the train home and I’m back around 630 or 7 depending on the train I catch. Eat dinner go to bed repeat! Weekends are all over the place so that’s where I need to make my changes.

OK so that is kind of a crazy schedule. Can you go for a walk on your lunch break. That would be a good place to start.

I’m trying to do that or I walk to the subway stop (20 minutes away) instead of taking the bus when the weathers ok. Just need to make healthy choices
