I am a 56 year old female who is struggling with belly fat like a LOT of women my age. Today I am starting anew - going to the gym, brought healthy food for lunch, bought new work out clothes (my old ones were TERRIBLE and not motivating at all!!), and i welcome anyone to join me, TODAY!!
