I’ve got a bunch of tummy issues due to my anxiety. I’ve been under a lot of stress so my IBS has floated BIG TIME. My whole body is bloated and I’ve been in horrible stomach pain with bloating, nausea, horrific reflux, gas, whole body puffiness. I’ve had gastritis before a while back. I don’t quite remember exactly what I did. This is the worst it’s been in quite some time. I can’t eat much of anything without having ridiculous nausea and major bloat. I was wondering if any of you guys have had this problem from your anxiety and have any suggestions for remedies or supplements that can alleviate this? I feel so uncomfortable with myself..not to mention I’m in pain physically now as well as emotionally 😩

Hi zombiekitten, I've never been diagnosed with IBS, but I was diagnosed with diverticulitis, when I was experiencing similar symptoms. My symptoms got better with Benefiber. My symptoms return periodically; I guess because of stress and anxiety to some degree, but I also blame it on poor diet choices. I am getting ready to start nutrition counseling for weight loss, but also for the gas and bloating that have been acting up again. I'm not due for a colonoscopy until next year; hoping to be able to put it off until then.
