Food addiction

Please give me some advice .

I'm addicted to food.How can I stop thinking about food all the time? Whenever I see a food that I like I wanna eat it before everyone else does and I have this irrational fear that one day the food is going to end, so I eat it. When I eat, I think about what I'm going to eat's disgusting . How do I stop this ?

  • Focus you're mind on something else! Read a book or go outside for a walk you're mind will be off food for some time.

    Chew some sugar free gum. You will constantly chew on it and you wont feel like eating as much!

    Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Eating protein can help you feel full faster.

    Clear out your kitchen of junk. This will reduce your temptation for unhealthy snacks.

    I tend to control it from time to time but then I'm back to it.
