Food addiction

Please give me some advice .

I'm addicted to food.How can I stop thinking about food all the time? Whenever I see a food that I like I wanna eat it before everyone else does and I have this irrational fear that one day the food is going to end, so I eat it. When I eat, I think about what I'm going to eat next..it's disgusting . How do I stop this ?

Focus you're mind on something else! Read a book or go outside for a walk you're mind will be off food for some time.

Chew some sugar free gum. You will constantly chew on it and you wont feel like eating as much!

Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Eating protein can help you feel full faster.

Clear out your kitchen of junk. This will reduce your temptation for unhealthy snacks.

I'm still trying to stop.

I tend to control it from time to time but then I'm back to it.


You live to eat, not eat to live.

It sounds like it is your comfort.

Replace food with other things that give you comfort.

Find joy in walks. Notice the beauty around you. Smell the flowers. Get a dog to love and walk.

Drink 2 cups H20 before you want to eat something.

Ask. Yourself, Is this good for me or do I just want it to feel good.
