Cholesterol Levels or Lipids

I am in need of a support group to help me lower my cholesterol levels but more importantly, my weight. My levels have come down. I began at 253 cholesterol level to 194 cholesterol level. I was able to lower this by taking 2 supplements my doctor recommended and avoid medications. I need to lose 24 pounds. I live in America. I appreciate this website in England and I am reading the posts of supporters here. I hope I can add some support to others and I will welcome tips and comments for my posts.

My biggest problem is not eating when my husband is eating or what he is eating.

The more you lose the lower the count at least that did it for me. I was on meds and have been off for 4 years. Of course some people high cholesterol is just in the genes.

Good luck
